Xbox 360 May Support USB Storage with Update **CONFIRMED PDF Print E-mail

AJ Glasser, GamePro wrote this article in the PC World Gaming area

"Joystiq reports it has a document confirming an Xbox 360 update that will allow the device to use USB storage units. There is a 16GB cap on the USB mass storage, but you could conceivably copy an entire disc-based game onto it. It could give Xbox users an easy way to add the storage they've sought.

Joystiq continues:

The document, authored by a senior software development engineer at Microsoft, states that due to "increased market penetration of high-capacity, high throughput USB mass storage devices, a 2010 Xbox 360 system update" will allow consumers to save and load game data from USB devices. The update is purportedly coming in Spring 2010.

We've contacted representatives at Microsoft to confirm the information. Joystiq claims two unidentified sources vetted the document, and we have to agree with them that the logic of allowing USB storage options is sound -- especially with all these rumors of an Xbox 360 Slim model floating around."

Good evening,

As you all know the events of the last week or so in Haiti have been pretty grim.  Kind of puts things in perspective for me..  I'm glad I'm Alive and have people that care about me and vice versa.  Its a good feeling.  Makes me realize the Pooh E-Ore character in me that sometimes wakes up needs to go and take a flying leap...   Anyways,

Please note that there are several things you can do this week to make a difference to those who have lost so much and have so little right now.  Every little bit you can give (in the right frame of mind) does so much.

That being said.  What can you do....

1. Donate money to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund .

2. Donate your time to help Bungie donate $77,000

3. Bungie Bias.... LOL  Um Bungie is selling Special Edition Shirts.. Be a hero

I will provide more when I have time.. Right now I have to go back to my Daddy Job...

Thanks for reading and listening.  I'm glad and proud to be part of such a great bunch of caring and sharing people.

Till the next time Take Care and Stay Safe.
