All VW members are responsible for any actions/posts which occur through their account or gamertag. You should not give out your password to anyone, and should never share your account. Any violations of the Code Of Conduct will be held against the account owner regardless of who the person actually was who was using the account.
-
Modding, Bridging, Standbying or any other manipulation of your Xbox live connection is STRICTLY prohibited in matchmade games and will result in an immediate discharge from the clan. Glitching is not permitted in matchmade games or intra-clan tournaments. If you want to learn a glitch, do it in a private match and use these skills exclusively to remove another player from a glitch.
-
A member must respect all other members of VW as well as the gaming community while you wear a VW tag. A member must conduct his/her self in a civil and courteous manner at all times, both during practices/tournaments and when in public matches. A foul-mouthed disrespectful member will reflect badly on the public image of VW, so please conduct yourself accordingly. We do respect your right to defend yourself should another member of the gaming community start trash talking.
-
A member must listen to his/her superiors within the clan, even if they disagree with the orders being issued. Failure to do so could result in disciplinary actions being initiated against the member. If the member disagrees strongly about something, he/she has the right to converse directly with the superior he/she disagrees with after the game or in a private chat to sort out the problem. If the problem still cannot be resolved after this, then the member may register a complaint in the forthcoming complaint system.
-
Fair play ALWAYS. If a player is in the match and you/we are "owning" them try not to point that out ALL the time, it makes all of us look bad. If you do a good job, your teammates will generally congratulate you for your work, don't solicit a pat on the back or brag about how much better you are than other teammates.
-
If we loose badly to another team in a match or scrimmage don't accuse ANYONE of anything or discuss things like this openly. If we lose, take it like a man and learn from it. Offer the team a "Good Game" and move on.
-
You are not required to wear the "xVWx" tags in front of your name, but it is encouraged for all members. Players wishing to take part in tournaments w/ other clans are required to wear the tag.
-
Members will not be pressured to play with the clan. Please respect the fact that all clan members have other friends to play with. Participation will only be required during scheduled clan activities that the member has signed up for.
-
All members are encouraged to stay active in the community, the more active you are the better chance you have of being promoted.
-
Members should not be under seventeen years of age unless approved by the clan leaders.
-
ANY Code Of Conduct violations will result in banishment from the clan, demotion, or other penalties. Punishment will be judged by the severity of the violation and will either be decided by the clan leaders or a peer review board.
